Immersive Whale Soundscapes

11:00 am -
2:00 pm

The spatialized sounds of humpback whales, orcas, blue whales, and sperm whales (plus a few dolphins) will be played through a 6-speaker surround sound system. Most of these compositions are edited collages of individual species recordings, but there is a 10-minute, live, close-range recording of humpback whales bubble-net feeding that is quite spectacular. This audio-only experience will repeat every 20-25 minutes.
